This week we will begin our discussion over Federalism. Topics will include the 4th Amendment, separation of powers among the federal, state, and local governments, the different types of federalism, and recent developments involving states and the federal government. Journals will be due on Friday and the students will get their tests over the Constitution back. Discussion over the class amendments and different types of powers will also take place this week. We will review over Federalism on Thursday and test on Friday.
