This week we will start our discussion over Civil Liberties. Topics will include the 14th Amendment, the freedoms of the 1st Amendment, 4th Amendment, and 5th Amendment. We will discuss important Supreme Court decisions and their significance. Cases will include MIranda v. Arizona, Gideon v. Wainwright, and Texas v. Johnson, among many others. Daily grades will be given out on Wednesday and Thursday and there is no journal due this week. We will also go over the Bureaucracy test this week.
