Fr1 week 15

le 30 novembre: we learned about fruits, vegetables and containers on p. 191-192. Complet e ex. 6 on p. 192 if absent (write out) and you also missed a video on shopping which was collected for a grade. HW: ex. 4,5,6 in packet (weights  and fruit etc)

Week 15/Fr2

le 29 novembre: write a sentence for each irregular past participle (18 sentences) Sentences should show the meaning of the verb and be at least 5 words long: Ex: J'ai bu un soda.

le 16 novembre: we are writing our scripts for our cafe/restaurant scene which will be a test grade for speaking. This is a 50 point grade. Groups have already been chosen. If you are going to be absent this friday, you will have to take an alternative speaking assessment based on a picture in the text. We have taken the main quiz for ch. 5 already.

le 16 novembre/mercredi: We did some additional practice with boire,recevoir and devoir. Quiz on these verbs tomorrow. We also watched some videos advertising water and a video on a French soccer team which I collected for a listening grade.

Week 14

le 15 nov/mardi: cvomplete ex. with boire, devoir etc. ex. 14, 15, 16 in packet/study the forms of the verbs

le 14 nov.: quiz moved to tomorrow.Study aller, prendre, resto vocab and contractions/complete review worksheet

le 14 novermbre: lundi: write 3 sentences with each verb  boire devoir and recevoir: use some plurals too (nous, vous, ils)

le 4 novembre/vendredi: we were in the lab on friday working on our train trip to France. We also took a short quiz on lire,dire, ecrire and ce cet ces etc. Makeup in am monday. We will be starting the past tense on Monday-bring in a large pack of index cards to start making your flashcard "deck" of verbs. We will start with ER, IR and RE verbs first, then do the irregular verbs in the next chapter. Train trip projects due on Wed.Nov. 9. Please note you will not be able to present  til the following Monday if your presentation is late. Make sure you and your partner has a copy of your presentation as there have been numerous absences lately.
