Scholarship/Award Opportunities for Grades 9-12

Summer Hours

The School Counseling Office will only be open during the following hours:

  • Mondays from 9:00 - 2:00 -- New Student Registration (by appointment ONLY)
  • Mondays from 2:00 - 3:00 -- Transcript Requests


An appointment is required to register students.  To schedule an appointment:

  • Call the main office at (678) 594-8190, Monday - Thursday between 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Parents will be required to provide specific documents to register their student.

For registration requirements, please click here.  All required documents must be provided at the time of the appointment to complete the registration process.

Please do not leave messages on counselor or School Counseling Office phones.  Counselors will not be available until after August 3, 2009.

NEED A TRANSCRIPT???

There are 2 ways to send official transcripts:

  1. You can request a transcript through the School Counseling Office on Mondays between 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.  Please bring exact amount ($2 per transcript), photo ID, and name & address of college to send transcript to.
  2. Send your transcript electronically through GACollege411 (for most in-state colleges).  Only students who graduated in 2008 and 2009 can use this feature through 411. You should check with the college to make sure they will accept an electronic transcript.  Click

Summer Graduation Test Review and Retest

Review Course Dates:  June 29th - July 9th

Retest Dates:  July 13th - July 15th

Students MUST have pre-registered to attend Review Course and to retake the Graduation Test this summer.

Seniors - Do Not Forget to Request Your Final Transcript!

It is recommended that you request your transcript through the Counseling Office ($2).  If you are planning to send your transcript on your own through GACollege411, be sure to check directly with the college to make sure they will accept an electronic transcript.  (If the college will not accept electronic transcripts, you will need to request it through the Counseling Office).
